Marillion: il secondo album, “Fugazi” del 1984, viene ristampato in versione 3CD/1 Blu-ray e 4 LP.

Uscito nel marzo 1984, “Fugazi” raggiunse il numero 5 nella classifica degli album del Regno Unito.
L’album generò due singoli, Assassing e Punch & Judy, che raggiunsero rispettivamente il 22° e il 29° posto nella classifica dei singoli del Regno Unito.
“Fugazi” uscirà in due versioni; come un cofanetto 4LP e come 3CD/Blu-ray. La musica sarà anche disponibile in digitale tramite piattaforme di streaming lo stesso giorno delle rispettive uscite.
“Fugazi” fu il primo album dei Marillion ad avere Ian Mosley alla batteria e alle percussioni, che sostituì Mick Pointer dopo il grande successo di Script For A Jester’s Tear. C’erano anche Fish, Steve Rothery, Pete Trewavas e Mark Kelly.
Entrambi i set si aprono con versioni stereo 2021 remixate da Andy Bradfield e Avril Mackintosh, che hanno anche remixato le edizioni deluxe di “Script For A Jester’s Tear” e “Clutching At Straws”.
Includono anche uno show da The Spectrum, Montreal, Canada, registrato nel 1984. La performance include brani come Jigsaw, Incubus, He Knows You Know, Chelsea Monday e molto altro. Presenta anche una performance del lato B Charting The Single.
Il Blu-ray contiene versioni a 96k/24-bit sia del nuovo remix stereo di “Fugazi” che del concerto Live at The Spectrum, Montreal, Canada e contiene una versione con suono surround 5.1 del nuovo remix stereo 2021.
Il Blu-ray contiene anche un nuovo documentario, intitolato “The Performance Has Just Begun”, in cui tutti i membri della band parlano della realizzazione dell’album. La band regala anche un approfondito commento traccia per traccia dell’album, così come il video musicale di Assassing con entrambi gli audio originali e remix.
